发帖数: 3 | 1 本人持H1B签证，去年入境美国两次。两次海关都向我要了I-797，但是两次admit
until date都和I-797上的expiration date不一致（哭晕在厕所。。。。）。因为之前
一直是都F1签证，所以对admit until date没有在意。直到这个月我才发现前面两次的
admit until date都被弄错。好在两次给的日子都没有过期。我这个月又要入境，我想
请教一下大家，为了保险起见，这次进入境的时候我可不可以主动跟海关讲前面两次
admit until date都被弄错的事情，引起海关的注意，从而给我一个正确的同I-797上
expiration date一致的日期呢（心好累。。。）？谢谢大家！ |

发帖数: 99 | 3 不一致很正常吧，跟officer的个人习惯有关。有些给到797过期日，有些多给10天，有
些多给15天。

填成2015, 结果有效期已经过了, 找supervisor才改回来, 但是系统里面是对的, 手写
的时候写错了... |

我一年进出好几次，CBP有给到797有效期的，有多给10天的，有少给1个月的，这个是
看他们心情
还有刚入境就黑了1年的（2015入境写2014有效期），我马上让对方改正

发帖数: 39 | 8 如果入境时护照上给盖的章签的有效期不正确，那么很有可能I-94也是一样的问题。可
以申请CBP给改正I-94上的有效期，护照上的stamp如何处理就不清楚了，但是应该下次
出入境不用担心了。其实完全不理会可能也没问题，下次入境提醒CBP别给再弄错就好
了。
下面是我们公司HR发的通知，是Houston地区的规定。别的地区可能略有不同吧。我的I
-94大概一周内就给改正了。Good luck.
If at the time of entry you are given a stamp in the passport that does not
reflect your correct amount of remaining time in the US you do have the
right to request that the officer correct it. If he does not, please advise
our office. However, in most cases if the I-94 Admission document is
incorrect there is a process in place which allows it to be corrected:
Option One:
You may email the deferred inspection office at [email protected]/* */ You
will need to provide the following documents in order for CBP to process the
requests:
• A statement setting forth the issue and requesting that it be
resolved;
• A copy of her passport biographical page;
• A copy of her visa and the U.S. admission stamp in your passport;
• A copy of her flight itinerary showing your return to the U.S.; and,
• Her address and telephone number in the U.S.
Option Two:
Alternatively, you may appear in person at a deferred inspection site and
bring the documents listed above—originals whenever possible. The CBP
deferred inspection site in Houston is located at: U.S. Customs and Border
Protection, 19581 Lee Road, Humble, Texas 77338. The deferred inspection
office in Houston does not take appointments for I-94 correction. Instead,
they accept walk-ins between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and
Thursdays.

当时没发现事后可以去改错中心改。
如果嫌改错中心远，且离墨西哥边境较近，签证在有效期内，可以走路去墨西哥，再走
回来办一个新的i94 |

Sites。直接给他们邮件。湾区工作或者travel的，由三番office负责，邮箱是：

紧急，建议现场去处理，stop by即可，无需预约。

- CBP回复邮件说我的case是因为护照快过期了。而且他们不能“make the correction
as you were not in possession of your new passport at the time of arrival. “
- 公司律师立即file H1B extension了，这样也可以解决问题。
