跟公司的HR说过可能需要几次PP request，HR应该也把我的邮件转给律师了。现在我不
知道律师做了几次（看样子只有一次），但是HR在六月份的时候说因为排期没有
current 所以他们也不着急PP。
我想问的是现在TSC对I-140处理的时间是4个月请问大家我怎样才能催，还是只能干等
着？有包子酬谢。
下面是公司HR从律师那里听到的（6/9/2016的邮件）
After much back-and-forth, USCIS stated that they would not premium process
the I-140 due to the fact that it was field without an original PERM labor
certification. It was pointed out to them that the original labor
certification was included in your earlier I-140 petition filing, which they
have in their records. However, they have indicated they reviewed their
file and "it does not include an original labor certification."
USCIS will be requesting a duplicate of your original labor certification
from the Department of Labor, but this will take some time. Therefore, they
are refunding the $1225.00 premium processing filing fee to us and will
complete processing of the I-140 once the DOL issues the duplicate labor
certification.
It is not known if they misplaced the original labor certification from the
prior file, or if they are just not pulling the original file. Either way,
they have the discretion to not process the case by premium and it appears
they have chosen to do so.

发帖数: 1385 | 2 你有没有问你律师，看他当初填降级140表的时候，有没有选 要求USCIS去request
perm duplicate的？
如果他选了，问他能不能把这个选项去掉，不要勾，再提交一次140，或者说发信解释
说你们现在不要求uscis 要那个duplicate，然后再提交pp试试看。
我知道有的律师无论如何肯定是要勾选这个要duplicate的。如果真的这样，你就只有
等。如果律师能通融，不选，你还可以试试pp。
板上有两个人反馈给我说，他们的律师也都勾了，第一次pp也都被拒绝了，但是他们第
二次再强行提交pp申请，却过了。
