USCIS原文：Even if you have committed a minor crime, USCIS may deny your
application if you do not tell USCIS Officer about the incident. Unless a
traffic incident was alcohol or drug-related, you do not need to submit
documentation for
traffic fines and incidents that did not involve an
actual arrest if the only penalty was a fine of less than
$500 and/or points on your driver's license.
那么从逻辑上来说，你需要做的就是填yes，等RFE，咨询律师吧。 |

，不属于犯罪。我理解是只有M的罚单才需要填Yes，I是不需要填的。否则像加州这种

Pool Lane就远超$500了。

发帖数: 21396 | 5 移民局查的是Criminal Record，不是交通违规。如果警察给你圈的是I，那你就是
Infraction--交通违规。当然你实在要把自己归做犯罪那是你个人的选择的。
就算是严重交通违规有了的Criminal Record，比如酒驾，如果不特别严重变成Felony
，不是Hit and Run或者伪造驾照之类的道德问题，不涉及毒品枪支之类，律师写个解
释信也就可以过关了。

to disclose it and then do your best to explain it to USCIS than to hide it
and face the agency's suspicion that you aren't behaving honestly. |

violation: speeding in construction zone
amended to: 90 day court supervision
Fine: $375
Court costs: $359.5
Total: 734.5
我是否可以认为，如果只看fine的话，485时候不需要报？还是说要把court costs也算
进去当成fine的一部分？

圈的有一个ILCS，不知道是不是你说的这个？

会上犯罪记录的。超速如果没有酒驾没有疯狂地开到120迈之类的，也没听说是犯罪的。

各地county court都有犯罪记录查询，其中包括了交通违规。
你网上去花十块钱查一下就好了
