status显示RFE之后，收到纸质的RFE邮件之前，又给NSC邮寄了以下的书面申请。后来
律师又帮助回复了RFE。所以等于是用尽了online SR, 书面申请和RFE response三种方
式告诉NSC我要降级。
现在想想如果当时直接通过书面申请，上个财年就有机会绿。

would like to request that all two of our I-485 Adjustment of Status
Applications be transferred to this newly approved EB3 I-140, which is
eligible for immediate processing according to the cutoff date of August 15,
2013, published on the visa bulletin for May 2016, and for China-born EB3
applicants. We sincerely hope that this transfer could succeed with your
kind help.
