发帖数: 577 | 1 小公司， 之前HR都是老板搞，今天老板邮件说明年起HR这部分会外包给一家公司，邮
件里有几句比较重要的我摘下来了，AAA是我现在的公司，BBB是HR外包公司。
AAA has entered into an agreement with a company named BBB for outsourced
Human Resource services effective 1 January 2017.
As of 1/1/2017 we (employees of AAA) will become employees of both AAA and
BBB. AAA will continue to direct your day-to-day activities and will remain
your true employer. Yet for insurance purposes and tax filings, we will be
employees of BBB.
Please note that technically we are being hired by BBB so we will need to
provide BBB with a copy of current driver’s license, social security card
and VISA information (if applicable).”
请问这种情况下会需要重新办H1B和PERM吗？之前办 PERM的时候就因为employer的名字
不对重新办了H1B和PWD， 已经发邮件给律师了，不出所料的是收到out of office 自
动回复。大家有知道的吗？谢谢 |
