EB3 category will be current in April, we can apply after April 1st." 不太明
白为什么要到4/1后apply?
另外律师好像说了需要medical exam:
We wil need your birth certificate, and copy of your latest I-94 documents,
and a copy of your visa page and the identity page from your passport. We
should submit all H1B approval notices to show your continuance
authorization for employment. 6 color passport photos, medical exam from a
medical office recognized by USCIS. | X********1
