再等收到receipt notice时，追加pp的话 请问是否会被接受？还是要等多久再追加pp
比较好？因为公司不给同时 file140和485，但又想赶上这次4月的开门，所以想尽快拿
到新的140 approval。求问各位，什么时候追加pp比较稳妥？ |

If USCIS does not accept the PP, then you can file PP again after getting
140 receipt.

application before the I-140 is approved?
Yes. Anytime after you have received a "Receipt Notice" for your I-140
petition, you may file your I-485 green card application. You will have all
of the same advantages (and risks) as any other concurrently filed I-485
