进入新公司之前必须完成的。

1.It is recommended that you notify USCIS after changing jobs under AC21.
2.When you join a new employer, have them send an employment letter with
details that the job is similar to the previous job.
3.因为原来是H1B，现在是不是要填I-9.

RFE if they believe your employment/ employer may have changed.
Besides, a letter is not the latest practice anymore. There is a form called
supplement J.
In summary, do nothing. Wait for the card or a RFE, in which case, provide
as asked.
