帮你处理rfe的事，他们发善心的话会帮你把信转寄到mesquite。建议你等一个月状态
还没有变化就用复印的rfe notice重新寄一次。如果你rfe notice没有保留复印件，只
能鄙视你了。

that they were only able to send carrier package to Lewisville, instead of a
PO box in Mesquite. She confirmed this is perfectly accurate, and she was
aware of the address difference.

这基本解释了为什么。。。
“I spoke with Officer from the USCIS National Call Center today and she
confirmed that the RFE responses for you and your family were all received
on 07/14/2014. She indicated that because of some technical issues with
their online system, statuses for some cases are not being updated
accurately.
If you would like assurance of this, you can call the National Call Center
and get confirmation from the USCIS officer. Their number is (800) 375-5283.

不知道为什么一堆人，哪怕自己回复RFE也要用Fedex啊ups 啊。USPS 那么多选项，而
且明明白白可以寄到PO BOX， 就是不愿意用。
我自己是周五寄，周一下午状态就RRFE了。

I think this is reasonable explanation...It looks at least your attorney and
mine used the same approach. This might be just taking longer to get to the
right place.

Was your case updated online?
I was able to speak to a USCIS Tier 2 officer from TSC on the phone this
afternoon. They still have not received the response that we mailed in 4/3.
The officer informed that sending to Lewisville location is NOT guaranteed
that they will forward the response package to the instructed location,
Mesquite TX. The package is likely to be returned

Same response. After calling a few times, the clark manager refuses to pick
up my call now. She directed one of her associates responded to me that they
have done for so many cases with TSC by this way, ....
They must have sent to the original 485 filing address. To me, it kind of
makes sense that rrfe will belong to the application package, but since it
was not in the proper channel, I am just afraid it delays.

No problem. It does appear to be a common approach. I am just afraid USCIS
has established certain processes to specifically deal with large volume of
RRFE, and our responses are outliers, which take time to get to officers's
hands.
What did they ask you for? Medical?
I was asked for medical and J-form. If it was just medical, I would send out
the RFE again by myself to Mesquite address.

J form. I even asked my lawyer if we need to sent it again. He said no.
Below is his answers.
"I can appreciate your concerns. If it helps, I have been practicing for 20
years and we use Fedex to respond to RFE’s 99% of the time. I hope this
helps."
I guess maybe we just need to be a little bit more patient. Let's see. Don't

delivered mine and my spouse's both to there. Mine was delivered on 4/3 and
was not received or updated on USCIS site untill now. My spouse's was
delicered on 4/6, but received and updated today 4/13. Principle's was not
updated. what's wrong, still worrying...

经过看这个帖子和我自己的经历，其实只要寄到这个地址就行，只是如果没有寄到那个
