仔细看了140没有哪里让你选择要不要revoke eb2 140的 啊？
另外公司律师回信关于eb2->eb3:
My Question: once I get the eb3 140 approved, do I get two 140s?
Answer from Attorney: No, the case is downgraded, so it will be changed from
EB2 to EB3, so the latest approval supersedes the prior approval so they
are considered as one in the same and not two separate.
