3月24做的relink ， 按照本版提示， 信，email 都发了。
老老实实等了差不多一个月。 4月20号律师收到approved 140后又做了relink的
request.
4月24号开始着急了，打tier2电话，infopass 都不能够确定我的relink是否成功。同
找senator，和congressman。
senator至今没有回复，收到congressmana的回复如下：
给LD的： Please assure your constituent that all approved application have
been connected to his aliens file. Your constituent’s Form I-485 case is
still pending assignment to an officer at the NSC, and will be processed in
the order it was received.
给我的： According to USCIS records, the applicant case is riding with the
Alien File (A-File) containing her husband’s Form I-485 & I-140. It is
standard protocol at the Nebraska Service Center (NSC) to process the
permanent residency cases of immediate family members (principal and
derivative applicants) together.
电话过去请她解释以上，她说我的relink成功了。
LD 约了infopass 在这个回复之后，得到的信息几乎没有，和tier2电话说的一样，没
有什么他的信息，说很有可能还是在EB2.
基于以上矛盾的信息，我又打了tier 2. tier 2又给我做了一个sr. 内容如下

3. On May 10, 2017, your request for us to review an administrative error on
your case, referral number WKD129xxxxxxxCHI, was assigned to an officer for
response.
我名下共有三个类似sr了。另外两个如下
1. On April 28, 2017, your inquiry about why your case is taking longer than
our processing time, referral number SR111xxxxxxNSC, was assigned to an
officer for response.
2.As of April 25, 2017, your general inquiry, referral number
ETC115xxxxxxxNSC, is currently not assigned for processing.
至此刻，我没有收到任何sr的回复。
第三个说十天之内有email回复，而且特奇怪的是说要求field office 回复，关键是
field office 在我的第一个infopass就告诉我没有什么我的信息，都是那个好心的liu
officer 打电话去nsc才告诉我个most likely 在EB2的信息。
第一个按照邮件应该是17号前处理完。
第二个更是没有理，
我感觉自己深陷一个矛盾信息的泥潭，所以在此求解。 难道真的没有任何USCIS 的人
可以很清楚的告诉我现在在哪类吗？ | v*******7

发帖数: 8388 | 5 T2 和infopass一般都看不到485跟哪个 140， 只能看到两个140.
所以relink的作用，在于让处理SR的人把你的case调出来，让officer审理。 |
