How is that possible? I mean, How can you submit a I-129 more than 6 months
ahead of Oct 1st? |

between Aug 1st- Oct 1st.
Thanks for the DP, now I can expect my case to be processed in another 2
months.

H1B extension processed by NCS timeline:
4/25/2017 Received;
5/5/2017 Notice date;
7/3/2017 Approved.
没有转到其他center,可能把新H1B的case处理完了，他们又有人力来处理H1B renew的

我的是5.11.2017file的，nsc是5.12左右收到的。
看来我的也快了？就比你的晚了两周。
但是如果去看NSC的normal processing time，他们还在2016年7月份呢
