上週給參議員寫信 議員幫我寫信問USCIS 今天得到回覆如下
This email is in response to the inquiry regarding Mr. Chen’s Form I-485,
Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, which was
filed with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on November 14,
2016.
USCIS records indicate that Mr. Chen’s Form I-485 case is being assigned to
an officer at the Nebraska Service Center (NSC). Although the case is
being assigned to an officer, your constituent must take into consideration
that time is still needed for routine preliminary checks and adjudication
completion. For those reasons we are unable to predict when he will receive
either a decision or other notice of action. If your constituent does not
receive a decision or other notice of action within 45 days, you may contact
us for an update.

EB2-ROW下個月排期就倒退了 如果這個月沒批只能等到10月了
請問有希望月底前批嗎？

我之前问回复是 prepare to assign，一个月后去infopass说全部检查完成了，只是
visa unavailable | l*******n
