Dear Immigration Officer:
We (Fendic , husband; XXXX, wife) would like to kindly ask for your help to
transfer our pending I-485s currently associated with EB-2 based I-140 to
the newly approved EB-3 based I-140 for which visa numbers are currently
available for all qualified applicants and there is no retrogression date.
The pending I-485s (LIN-xxxxxx and LIN-xxxx) were filed on 08/07/2015 under
EB-2 category based on approved EB2 I-140(LIN-xxxxxx). Now I would like to
transfer these two I-485 applications to my newly approved EB3 I-140 with
receipt# LIN-xxxxxxxxxx.
Priority Date: 11/08/2013

I recently filed online SRMT with USCIS to transfer my I-485 from EB-2 to

your pending I-485 is already tied to the EB-3 priority date. USCIS should
begin processing your I-485 case soon now that your priority date is current
