律师说如果执意回去AP肯定会被拒掉。
我现在考虑现在改回国计划早回国，然后赶在三月底前回美国，这样还可以交表。
还有其他选项吗？感觉如果不改原来行程计划，拖一个月再交表的话总是很不安心。

AP被拒，只不过即使在travel期间批下来，这一次travel也不能用AP回来
所以根据规定，AP不该被拒
只是在具体执行起来，有时候USCIS会错误的拒绝这些AP申请
不过即使拒了对你也没什么影响，就浪费几毛钱冲洗照片打印文档的钱
拒了等回来再申请一遍就是了
