i765 / i131: New card is being produced on 07/26/2017
Travel to China from Sep to Oct 2X, 2017, used AP. (Maybe this action
triggered REF)
i485: RFE (all I94, I20, I797A) on 10/26/2017
RRFE delivered and received by USCIS on 11/20/2017, status posted
online in 12/01/2017
Priority date became current again on 02/01/2018
New card is being produced: 02/13/2018
Case Was Approved: 02/14/2018
Card is mailed: 02/15/2018
Card is delivered: 02/17/2018
No SR because RD is not current yet. I am not sure why I can skip interview
and get 485 approved. The only reason I can guess is that I submitted i140(
EB3)
on Sep 2016 and approved on Mar 2017.
