b******a 发帖数: 19 | 1 Sorry for not being able to write Chinese here, but here is our interview
experience, hope it can be of some use to you:
It was a long interview, our family (3 people attended) interviewed together
and lasted for 1 hour and half.
Nothing hard, most of the time, that IO (a white gentleman) was reviewing
our materials that he had already got from our initial I-485 application. He
basically didn't ask for any additional documents from us except for
updated EVL. He did ask a few yes/no questions on I-485 form. And CAREFULLY
reviewed our legal status for all the years we have been in America.
Although the process was long, it was not stressful. The IO was nice. He
said our case was in good order, and he didn't intend to let it pend for too
long. He gave us a notice saying "your case is being held for review".
I feel good about the interview, it took long time, but the IO checked
everything in front of us and told us everything was OK. He also told us
that our background check was cleared, our finger print and photos are fine,
so we didn't need to do it again today.
Now we are just waiting for the final notice.
Good luck everybody. | a********m 发帖数: 15480 | | w******a 发帖数: 350 | | c******l 发帖数: 129 | | g*********7 发帖数: 1 | |
