- 2015/10 跳槽，新公司等6个月才办开始绿卡

- 2017/04 EB3 PD Current, I-485 / I-485J / I-765 / I-131 filed for both
principal and dependent. Received at NSC.
- 2017/05 Fingerprint fee received for I-485.
- 2017/09 SR filed due to no biometrics appointment notices for both. SR
filed using reason "Didn't receive notice by mail" on I-485.
- 2017/10 SR was responded. Biometrics appointment notices received. Got
biometrics taken per schedule, and received EAD/AP.
- 2017/11 I-485 and Supplement J transferred to NBC and then to your local
field office.
- 2017/12 I-485 interview notices received, scheduled to 1/16/2018 at
Seattle.
- 2018/01 再次跳槽，New I-485J filed before interview.
- 2018/01/16 Interview at Seattle office. New I-485J was delivered to USCIS
Phoenix AZ by Fedex on the same day.
- 2018/01/23 New I-485J was received
- 2018/01/26 New I-485J was received at your local office
- 2018/02 搬家
- 2018/02/27 Address change filed with USCIS
- 2018/02/28 副卡 Name was updated - your address change request was
assigned to an officer for initial review
- 2018/03/01 主副卡先后 New card is being produced
群里有同学问了一些问题，在此一并回答：
1. 是原装EB3吗？
是的。第一份 PERM / I-140 是 EB3的。第二份 PERM 是按 EB2 的标准做的。但是因
为 EB3 的排期快到了，就直接 file EB3 I-140 & PP。公司只报销一套 I-140 / I-
485 的律师费，但是律师说如果EB2排期到了，可以自费再次file EB2 I-140，不需要重
新做PERM。（传说中的升级？）
2. 绿卡是local office，还是哪个service center批的？
现在不清楚，收到approval notice后我会上来更新
3. 面试完之后你的case被转走了吗？
不清楚。面试时我告诉面试官一周前刚换了工作，而且带了一份Supplement J的复印件
，她把这份copy放进了厚厚的文件夹里，但是走的时候说 We will wait for the
original
copy of Supplement J to arrive in the Seattle office, and then we will take
it from there.
4. 面试完之后网上状态有变化吗？
没有任何变化，一直是11月初被transfer的状态，直到 New card is being produced
，副卡在之前一天多了一个 Name was updated （见上面的timeline）
5. 面试都问了什么？
面试官是亚裔，就是问了问工作，为什么换工作，以及Yes/No问题。副申请人是党员，
在I-485刚file时就附了说明，面试时也简单说了下原因（国内时在国企工作），也就
没有多追究。整个面试大约20分钟，最后面试官说 Your interview is completed，然
后我问下个月就current了，大概等多久会有update。然后面试官就回答说 We will
wait for the original copy of Supplement J to arrive in the Seattle office,
and then we will take it from there.
6. 催绿了吗？
基本上没有。之前一直没收到打指纹的通知，做了SR后马上就收到。面试之后问了几次
Emma，得到的都是模板回答，甚至有自相矛盾的：前一天说所有面试完的都会被转回
service center，后一天另一个人说你的case最新的状态是11月transfer to local
office （等于没说，就跟我在网站上查到的一样）
本想在搬家安顿好之后找议员，以及等processing time到了再file SR，没想到file
address change相当于做了一次SR，直接就发卡了。
