发帖数: 35 | 1 下个月要current 了，现在在准备材料填485，现在手上只持有小孩的绿皮出生证（证
书名字叫：出生医学证明，底下有一行英文：birth certificate），上头有出生体重
，小孩中文名字和父母中文名字和身份证号，没有英文翻译和公证书。现在问题是：
1. 可以在美国找个翻译并且公证吗还是必须回国公证？如果在美国翻译并公证的话需
要户口本吗？
2. 材料要求里写着“Please note that birth certificates showing that the
birth was registered more than 3 months past the actual date of birth should
be accompanied by additional evidence of birth (registration is not the
same as issuance)”很不幸小孩就是出生3个月后才入的户，出生证上的角落也手写了
入户时间并且有公安局盖章，那么这个“additional evidence of birth” 我应该提
供什么？
底下是我收到的关于出生证明的要求：
1. Copy of birth certificate for each applicant. Special Note: USCIS
will not accept the short form birth certificate card because it does not
contain parent information. Accordingly, please obtain the long form birth
certificate, which has this additional information. Please note that birth
certificates showing that the birth was registered more than 3 months past
the actual date of birth should be accompanied by additional evidence of
birth (registration is not the same as issuance). Further, if the birth
certificate does not include the full name of the child, additional evidence
of birth is required. If a birth certificate cannot be obtained for any
applicant, or if additional evidence of birth is required based on the above
