放开国别，是为了名额能用在印度大于10年的

跟HR392相关几个小bills, 都没什么人cosponsor. 因为烙印没分到
最大的利益。只有HR392有几百个cosponsors, 因为HR392是为印度人

Dear XXX,
I am writing/calling to express my concerns about the so-call compromised
bill for immigration. While most of the discussions are focused on the
disastrous family separation on the border, I will also want to bring to
your attention a hazardous provision that has been sneaked into the bill:
removal of per country cap for employment based immigration.
Under the current system, applicants born in a single country will not
exceed 7% of the employment-based immigration visas. This statue is fair and
encourages diversity, giving everyone in the world a chance to bring his/
her talent to enrich America. The “compromise” bill, however, completely
eliminates this restriction. As a result, the employment-based immigration
visas are likely to be completely overwhelmed by the applicants from one
single country with the most applications. This reckless move will encourage
fraud and abuse by sending as many applications as possible, just like some
people have done to abuse the H1b program. If the bill is passed and per-
country cap is eliminated, well qualified candidates for employment-based
immigration, including those from Europe, Canada, and Southern America, will
be stuck in the immigration systems for decades. America will become much
less attractive to the talent around the world, which will be detrimental to
America economy.
I sincerely hope that you will vote “nay” to the removal of per-country
cap of employment-based immigration. It will be great if you can discuss
this hazardous provision with your colleagues in Congress, since it receives
almost no coverage in the media. |

brain can't see beyond the wait time of EB2 and keep on dreaming about
whatever "merit" system designed by people whose value system you clearly
have no idea of and don't agree on.
Indians played the existing system, just like Asian American in general
played the exam system to achieve higher college admission rate. Even if
your tiny brain thinks that's illegal, news flash, neither is under current
legal system.

immigrants or Indian attack and focus on your own struggle. What do you

You did point out the two main events that make me believe that there are
