on what can give you security at the moment...
From what I can see, there is no way that your PD will become current this
fiscal year, no way, no how.
Given that, you may want to renew your H1B first time available.
My 2 cents, be advised. |

发帖数: 1385 | 4 I highly doubt that. My reasoning is this, look at the chart B of EB3C, it
does not seem that it will advance anymore. USCIS may honor the Chart B for
another month (this Feb.) but my experience/gut feeling is that it will not
be honored again in March. So "no" to your question.

I think EB2C will be faster than EB3C in Chart A for a while, maybe till the
end of this fiscal year. Hard for me to tell though.
As far as Chart B is concerned, I think EB3C will be faster than EB2C,
especially so when I believe that in March USCIS will stop honoring Chart B.
It is just my thought, for reference only.
