标 题: 请教一下h1b extension 期间跳槽问题

虽然我知道这样很不道德，但是我想换工作。
我的上一份h1b今年5月九号过期，已经提出extension申请，并收到收据。看情况，不
太可能很快出结果。
在等这个pending期间，我可不可以换工作。
现在网上有两种说法，一种是只要是在第一个h1b结束以后60天内就行，算是grace
period.另一种是说法是不行，如果第一个h1b还有时间就可以，如果没有必须要等到
extension批准。否则要出境刷i94。

can begin to work for the new employer after receiving the H-1B receipt for
up to 240 days. Your H-1B extension should be withdrawn by your current
employer.
2. If your new employer files H-1B transfer petition after 5/9, you have to
wait for the H-1B approval before working for the new employer.
By the way, because your current I-94 will expire on 5/9, you don't have any
grace period after 5/9 if your H-1B extension is not approved.
