It's been a while since I hang out at EB23.
My question is, while I'm in the process of porting jobs to the next company
under AC21, I asked them to file for H1B transfer. Do I need to do that for
my wife's H4 as well?
The next company said that H4 does not need to be transferred, so does that
mean that my wife can still use her current H4 (which is valid thru Sept
2020) and we can extend that at our cost when it is within 180 days of the
current H4's expiration date?
Can you send me an mitbbs email?

transfer is approved.
Your wife can extend her H4 based on your new H1B I-797 approval notice next
year.
