人一撒谎就脸红的体质想想还是招了，反正来美都快10年了。
下个月面试，有最近面试过的党员能分享一下面经吗。谢谢 |

The visa officer firstly asked us to briefly explain/describe, and the
answer is just whatever you wrote on your I-485. Then he asked if we were
high rank members, if we had political offices, and if we are currently
still DY. The answers should be "NO" for most people here. That's it.
I figure DY should not be a problem at all if you have been in the US for
long enough. So be relax and good luck. |

My Lawyer told me that he had quite a few clients who were DY before, but
none of them encountered any problems during the interview so far.

这太假了），也不用过度的强调迫不及待的退党（也是假的）。就说离开5年了，已经
自然退党了（这是事实）。
DY不是问题，你就是一个小dy，又不是什么省级国级的党委领导。 |

真是给自己埋了一个雷
当时那个面试我的人就问我：你加入过共产党？ 我的回答是：“的确上大学的时候入
党，但是已经在国外8年了，而且跟那个组织已经没有任何联系了，而且党章规定脱离
组织生活6个月就算退党。美国移民法也有一个五年豁免的规定。”
然后面试的人点点头，然后很快就查到通过面试了 |

如实回答就可以。
