帮我从打广告开始再重申请一个education要求不一样的PERM, 到时候还能link之前

发帖数: 11 | 2 不能，因为perm作废了，140和perm是绑定的，先想办法对付rfe吧。只有对应的140过
了才能拿相对应的perm的filing date当排期是我的理解。 |

finally revoked by USCIS, the PD cannot be retained.
Did you take some advanced CS courses during your master study? If yes, you
still have a chance to fight.
If not, talk to your lawyer whether to withdraw the I-140 amendment (don't
let USCIS to deny your I-140 amendment petition) and hope that USCIS will
not revoke your original 140. This may be able to keep your PD.

发帖数: 1618 | 4 感谢回复，日子过的好好的，突然就来了这么件大事。
等律师策略吧，研究生只上过一门CS的计算几何课，还几门机械里面有关CAE, CFD的课
，现在开发的也就是CAE/CFD软件，估计律师会想以此一战吧。
不过要求写太死了，心里完全没底。
估计保守点还是你建议的withdraw，保PD, 然后全部重来一遍。
