Finger print：3/4/2019 （那天ny预报有大雪，去了才发现关门。实际简直是小小雪）
Finger print walk in：3/8/2019， 8：30am（进门刚想解释3/4下雪的事，被门口人
员提醒“我没问你就不用说话，直接往里走” 遂闭嘴。大概1个小时打完指纹）
Interview notice：8/26/2019
Interview: 10/8/2019 （排期倒退。。。）
New card is being produced: 5/15/2020
485 was approved: 5/18/2020
分享下面试经历，因为有下面3个主要问题，所以H1主申请人反而没有被问问题，只问
了姓名，生日，小孩名字和485 yes/no问题。背了很久的工作内容，多年地址，多次转
换身份的经历。。。都没有被问。下面都是副申请人在回答问题。
1.副申请人9/30突然发现结婚公证和出生公证的原件留在国内，忘了带出来。赶上10月
1，找了好几家快递都说来不及寄出来，最快也要10/8才开门取件。只能硬着头皮用彩
色打印打出来，一眼就能看出不是原件。面试时果然被要求看结婚证原件，副申请人就
递过去，没说是打印件。面试官翻了几下，问“这不是原件？” 副申请人立刻解释这
是2016年办的公证，太久了，所以忘了带出来。如果面试官需要，我们可以尽快找人从
国内寄过来，一个月内一定补交。面试官说“不用了，it is ok”。副申请人又跟她确
认了一下，她说不用补交原件了。可能因为我们带了8岁孩子去面试，她不怀疑婚姻真
实性。
2.副申请人在很多年前是dy，但面试时出国早已超过5年。485也如实填了，面试前有点
担心， 准备了网上模板的多年不交费申明。面试时果然被问到dy问题，还好有准备。
拿出多年不交费申明，面试官看了一下没说什么，副申请人问面试官要不要留下这份申
明。她说ok。
3.副申请人多年前第一次申请签证，还曾被拒签过一次。也被问为什么被拒？副申请人
说“我也不知道，但拒签1个月后重签同类型签证，就通过了。”（实际原因：猜想是
第一次签证面试太紧张，表格里的资助人信息填错了。应该填学校名字，但填成了导师
名字，像是个人资助。隔1个月第二次去签证，把表格改成学校资助，英语也好好准备
了一下。具体拒签原因不知）
5/7/2020 排期当前后，在线问了Emma live agent：她说我的case还在local office
Emma---I see that your application has been processing at the New York -
Brooklyn Field Office for 1 year and 3 months. At their office the
application can take 8 Months to 31 Months for processing. Your case is
still within the normal processing time. If your case is not processed
during the processing times listed, please go to our website and file an
electronic inquiry to notify USCIS that your case is outside normal
processing time. This option is available 24 hours a day. If this option
does not meet your needs, you may call the USCIS Contact Center and speak
with a representative during business hours.
Me---does my case still in NEW YORK-Brooklyn Field Office? Or it was in NBC?
Emma---I'm seeing where the case is with the New York - Brooklyn Field
Office.
Me---Does New York - Brooklyn Field Office still open these days? Thanks.
Emma---Yes they are still processing cases.
之后我就天天刷https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do。

发帖数: 634 | 7 不交党费的证明不是国内开的，是根据网上模板写的。也写在485 Part 14.
Additional Information里。我只是把这段话用一页纸打出来，交给面试官。
Statement
The Applicant joined the Chinese Communist Party
around 200* while she was a student in order
to get a job after graduation as many employers in China
prefer to hire students with Communist Party
membership. She was never an active member of the
Communist Party, had never subscribed to the beliefs of
the Communist Party, and was never involved in any
political activities of the party. After the
Applicant's arrival in the U.S. in 200*, she
stopped paying the membership dues and ended all
contacts with the Communist Party. As such, the
Applicant's Communist Party membership was
automatically terminated.
