的资料上需要有I-864，搜索了一些相关信息，感觉好像这个都是针对婚姻绿卡的，不
懂为什么我们也需要填写这个，因为我老公算是sponor他自己和我，这里面说到"If
you are filing this form as a sponsor, you must include proof of your U.S.
citizenship, U.S. national status, or lawful permanent resident status.这就
感觉有点自相矛盾了，不知道各位有遇到过类似情况的没有？ |

发帖数: 1 | 3 是，看到这一点我们也不符合。而且表格中关于sponsr的身份问题明确有三项都是要么
公民，要么绿卡的。顺带问下，那如果是移民局搞错了，是不是需要律师和那边沟通过
以后拿到正确的面试通知才可以吗还是说只要律师跟那边确认过是他们弄错了就行了？

律师告诉我们不需要准备，我们面试官也根本没提这个 |
