发帖数: 1 | 1 律师起草的PL有48页长.后来收到RFE,我感觉USCIS根本没怎么看我的材料,所以开始怀
疑PL太长导致没耐心看,所以打算回复RFE的时候尽量简短一些.
可是最近律师把起草的RFE response给我看, 又是46页.我发现律师喜欢引用很长篇幅
的推荐信,然后highlight其中一小段.我觉得推荐信只要引用highlight的部分就差不多
了,节省篇幅,没必要几乎一页纸全是引用.
大家在这方面的经验是什么呢? Petition letter和 RFE response什么长度合适,简要/
详细到什么程度才好? RFE response很关键,再失败就没机会了.谢谢. | c*****2

I submit herewith supporting materials for E-filing of Form I-140 Immigrant
Petition for Alien Worker for a National Interest Waiver (USCIS receipt
