的要求弄了一份checklist。希望大家帮忙看看还缺啥不。先谢过啦！
背景大概说一下：NIW, 下个月b表current，目前H1B在工业界工作。
This cover letter is to support my Application to Adjust Status (filing I-
485) to become a lawful permanent resident, under section 245 of the
Immigration and Nationality Act, 8 U.S.C. § 1255. I am the principal
beneficiary of my approved I-140 petition with priority date 07 /*/2018, in
the category of Indiv w/Adv Deg or Exceptional Ability in the National
Interest (Eb2-NIW) under I.N.A. § 203(b)(2). The recently published VISA
bulletin for October 2021 makes me eligible to file I-485 petitions.

2. Check for $1,225 (Form I-485 @ $1,140; and biometrics @ $85);
