（特约记者 马煜国12月29日讯）吉林燃料乙醇有限公司注重发挥自身优势，积极
探索“非粮”制乙
醇生产工艺，在甜高粱茎秆制乙醇、纤维素制乙醇等“非粮”研发方面成效显著，为增
强企业发展后劲取
得了新突破。
截至目前，吉林燃料乙醇有限公司通过连续三年的试验，累计试验加工甜高粱原料
1800吨，储藏试
验70吨，进行了102批次的发酵罐试验，取得了阶段性实验数据，为后续规模化推广奠
定了坚实的基
础。
这个公司利用沿海滩涂建成的年3000吨甜高粱茎秆制乙醇项目，已被列入中国石油
集团公司“非
粮”燃料乙醇关键技术攻关重大科技项目。纤维素制乙醇项目，是企业探索“非粮”路
线的另一重大研究课
题，也已被列入集团公司“非粮”燃料乙醇关键技术攻关重大科技项目。
这个公司积极开展各项前期准备工作，已先后通过了国家发改委组织的专家审查以
及国家环保部的
环境评价报告批复。同时，他们引进了加拿大桑普达公司的原料预处理专利技术和主要
设备。
为寻求在关键技术上的突破，这个公司与华东理工大学、美国杰能科公司等进行合
作开发同步酶解

Who are you? do not paste this kind funny breakthrough again!
Do you cellulose ethanol is not compatitive and higher cost than starch
ethanol with established platform except one company in German or Denmark
can marginally compete with starch etanol. Although cellulosic ethanol is a
facncy idea, the energy balance does not shown significant energy gain (when
compared with solar energy, wind energy, hydrolic power as well as
pyrolysis of biomass). The cellulose should not be converted | c********1

I don't understand much regarding to this topic, but I know DOE has a lot of
projects focusing on this, why you hate it so much? Basically you guys are
thinking DOE award officers are all idiots.

follwoing problem can be fixed:
1) a energy efficient pretreatment method to handle >30% biomass and convert
all cellulose + hemicellulose to simple sugars (glucose, fructose, sucrose
and xylose), those methods include solid acid catalysis, hydrothermo
hydrolysis or other advanced tech.
2) fast and energy saving separation method to remove lignin from biomass
hydrolysate
3) energy saving separation method for ethanol purificatio | d********a

ethanol?

发帖数: 6861 | 10 酒精也就是个近期目标，从第一代转第二代很多infrastructure可以用现成的，关键是
还是有incentive和政府补贴，否则赚不了钱
长期目标应该是hydrocarbon
