现在在一家比较大的银行作 risk management.我的SVP刚换到一家比较大的
CONSULTING FIRM作 HEAD OF ANALYTICS. 他想拉我加入。 现在工作按部就班，上下班
规律，但前景一般。CONSULTING FIRM 需要30-40% traveling 工资 50% increase。
老婆也有25% traveling。 值得么？ | w**b

who is steve?
again...
the consulting firm i got offer is relatviely small (it used to anderson
which went bk in 2002). the team is about risk management covering market,
credit and OP risk etc. and it is a niche market now due to regulatory
changes and demands.
most of the team members are white with ph.d. unlike my current bank, full
of "lao yin". the career future seems brighter. ex-leaders from this team
had joined big names bank as group lead (SVP or EVP) level.
the question is: shall i sacrifice my family life and also need to travel (i
hate it). then how much salary increase i shall request by comparing the
consulting vs. work in the bank??? | a*******g
