发帖数: 489 | 2 opa627 is a high-speed voltage feedback amp. As such, it is very easy to get
into oscillation if you aren't careful with its layout, and power supply
decoupling.
it doesn't have high current capability so short of mis-wiring, your cuircit
is almost surely oscillating. the chip is likely done.
go through the datasheet and pay particular attention to decoupling and
layout and get a scope to see the output wave form. |
