1. Could you tell me what your communications(msn, gmail, ...) and
collaboration tools（Microsoft live, Google docs and others... ) are? Do
they meet your needs? What are your concerns about these tools?
2. Who do you communicate and collaborate with? (i.e. students, other
professors, administrators, researchers and other people outside campus etc. |
