theromcouple. Now sure about humidity sensor.
Intuitively, I believe there are lots of temperature sensors in bare dies,
since they can be wrapped in a package and the heat can still sip though. I
am not sure how a humidity sensor can be sold in bare die, since the
sensing part most probably would need to be exposed to outside, and I doubt
there would be any IC with exposed die...

那你最好是先分立元件搭好了，找个IC公司给你build出来

We have been told by many people that there are many sensor dies off the
shelf. But all the company we approached only sell packaged sensors and they
can not bother to ship the bare dies to us due to the small quantity we
demand (<1000). Packaged sensors are too big either in area or in height.
Do you know any company or retailer that sells sensor dies? Thanks |
