在一般功率里(比如低于200瓦),可以选那种transition mode chip,类似ST的L6565
之类,这种芯片工作模式就是几乎无turn on loss,turn-off loss也可以通过很简单的
snubber来减小。所以不用很复杂就可以做到很接近的soft switching.某些杂志上有些
苦心写出来的所谓ZVZCS的电路,我相当怀疑工业界有这种8到12个resonant模式的东西。
效率是提高不了多少的,我上次花了近3周,才把一个65W的效率提高了2%。但是
heatsink毕竟小一点是一点。有个老头说,你加snubber,soft switching之类做到极点
