3. $30 Money order
4. Pre-paid, self-addressed envelope
5. The photocopy of I-20 form.
6. The Certificate of Enrollment from Iowa State University
7. Recent bank statement
8. Copy of Invitation Letter from ISIT 2009.
本来网页上说要Valid US visa,我打电话去问他们也说不需要
你打个电话问你所属的领事馆吧 |
