internal layers (e.g. ground layer) of a PWB (Printed Wiring Board) to its
surface components. However the geometric of PTH affects the electrical
characterization through the capacitance coupling and inductance coupling (
resonating, bouncing effects etc. come from the coupling). For high speed
digital signal transmissions, the amount of crosstalk generated from the PTH
to traces must be considered as a measure of signal
