I think this is an IC ATE test engineer, usually responsible for doing ATE
side control software development, DIB PCB design/layout, IC test pattern
debug, IC characterization etc. Got couple of friends doing this, earns

发帖数: 6260 | 5 但我看的感觉像是生产那边的测试工程师，否则不会说debug和support了。
像你说的这些职责是要跟designer从头开始合作的，做出测试用的软硬件
移交给生产。
