Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
Design of analog and mixed signal circuits in advanced CMOS technologies for
automotive and industrial & multi-market applications; including definition
, circuit design, simulation, layout (oversight and execution), and support
of integration into SoC and support of validation on silicon. All aspects
require excellent engineering skills together with analysis ability,
creativity, communication, and collaboration. Circuits will vary but will be
a range of analog IP peripherals required on microcontrollers, for example:
ADC’s, PLL’s, power management, voltage detection, references, amplifiers
, comparators, temperature sensors, etc. The individual will be expected to
make effective use of all available tools and support resources, and will be
expected to pursue and promote high quality in all tasks.
Qualifications:
The position requires 2-4 years experience in CMOS analog and mixed signal
IC design, preferably in an automotive or industrial/multi-market
environment. A BSEE degree is required, but and MSEE degree is a plus. The
position requires a strong knowledge of industry standard IC design tools
for schematic entry, layout, simulation, and design management. The position
requires good communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. |
