Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations
Working in association with senior design engineers, conduct analytical
studies on engineering proposals to develop design for electronic components
, products and systems for automotive, analog and digital semiconductor, and
other high-tech electronics applications using Cadence and SPICE.
* Microelectronics
* VLSI design
* Analysis and Design of Analog integrated circuits
* Bipolar and MOS transistor
* Linear circuit design
* Tool – MS office, Unix, Linux, Cadence, Spice, Analog Artist, Spectre
, VerilogA
Qualifications:
* Candidate will need to be a student of BS/MS degree in electrical
engineering.
* Must have good interest and leaning motivation in analog circuit
design theory and device physics.
* A good understanding of MOSFET and Bipolar Junction Transistor
mechanism and theory is required of the successful candidate.
* Familiarity with and ability to operate lab equipments such as
oscilloscope, pulse/function generator, semiconductor parameter analyzer
will be plus.
* Must have effective interpersonal skills and ability to interact
effectively with technical people. |
