标 题: 报一个embedded software engineer的offer

marvell boston site，做multimedia on handheld devices (Android/flash/etc)
估计给senior software engineer title
base $100K，bonus 8%，RSU 800 units，reloc $5k (PA->MA)
本人ECE fresh phd，学校综合排名50，没有全职工作经验
没有negotiate过，因为还在等其他的offer
供大家参考吧，等尘埃落定再发包子
ps: mrvl前一阵有不少embedded方向的软件职位，有意的可以主动联系这个recruiter
