这个如果不是binnning model的话,基本近似等于
Weff=Wdrawn-2*WINT
Leff=Ldrawn-2*LINT
W有一些bias dependency,公式复杂些,不过如果没有很强的back-bias(Vbs=0),就
忽略吧。
如果是binning model的话,dl,dw要分别scale。
你算它干吗?让simulator handle 就完了。
