郑溟隨教授现为韩国三超—延世大学助理教授,并组建了computer architecture and
memory system lab。他诚挚邀请所有致力于存储系统,计算机架构的研究员或博士后
加入研究团队。
教授介绍:
郑溟隨教授于佐治亚理工学院和宾州州立大学获得硕士和博士学位。他的研究课题主要
包括计算机架构,固态硬盘(SSD),非易失存储器设计(NVM),并行计算,以及操作
系统文件系统优化。博士期间,他被Lawrence Berkeley国家实验室邀请为客座科学家
,从事存储器的建模与研究,并保持合作至今。他的研究成果得到了专家学者的认同,
论文发表在各大核心期刊和顶级会议并得到广泛关注。2014年,他的存储相关的论文同
时被ASPLOS,HPCA,ISCA收录。今年至今,他的两篇论文分别发表在ICCD和PACT。他与
学术界保持密切的合作,合作对象包括Lawrence Berkeley国家实验室和橡树岭国家实
验室。同时他每年为多达15个核心会议期刊提供审稿服务。他同时也积极参与企业项目

We’re excited to invite a senior research scientist (or postdoctoral fellow
) who will join the computer architecture and memory systems lab (CAMEL) at
Yonsei Institute of Convergence Technology. Our ultimate research goal is to
investigate and explore reliable, robust, safe and intelligent computer and
memory architecture -- including emerging Non-Volatile Memory (NVM)
technology --, finding novel technologies to offer all these properties for
next-generation many-core, graphic processing unit (GPU), persistent memory
systems, high performance computing (HPC) and solid state disks (SSD).
We are actively collaborating with U.S. national laboratories (Lawrence
Berkeley National Laboratory and Oakridge National Laboratory) and several
semiconductor and storage industry (Samsung, SK-Hynix, Intel, Sandisk, HGST,
etc.). We hope that our team can invite a novel researcher who is willing
to perform top-notch research and be interested in publishing the
corresponding achievements in the top-tier computer architecture venues (
ISCA, MICRO, HPCA, MICRO) and system conferences (SC, SIGMETRICS, PACT,
USENIX) -- the acceptance rate of such top-tier conferences in these fields
is around 10% ~ 20%, decided by a National Science Foundation (NSF) panel
style, 30-person program committee. We believe that our lab members can help
you out to accelerate the progress of your architecture/system research and
get your foot into the door in such research areas. You can also review our

- Recruiting area:
I. Computer architecture (Memory Systems, FPGA and GPU)
II. System Software (File systems and firmware)
- Expected tasks: Research and development for the recruiting area; we
mainly target to publish our research achievements to the top-tier
conferences in computer architecture and system areas.
- Requirements: Ph.D. in CS/CE or EE who has an experience on FPGA, GPU,
Memory/SSD controller and or embedded systems research/implementation. It
will be preferred if the researcher has a good publication history.
