are wrong on productivity gains?
He's taking a static view on a dynamic world. True,
productivity gains are less likely to offset
wage increases *in the long run*. However, other
factors may impact the picture: the fed/monetary policy,
technology breakthroughs, incremental innovations,
world economy, etc. If you have followed his recommendation
to sell bonds last Friday, you would have lost
your shirts, :-)
