既然日元贬值对日本利大于弊,自然只有贬的道理
(当然经济学的非数学性决定了预测可能是错的,但
是按照预测判断日元是该贬)
至于连累他国,本来人家也未必会考虑(这或许不仅
是个道德问题,但是国家政策一般不会考虑道德问
题,否则可能会更愚蠢). | q**i

the other reason for reducing interest rate is to encourage
personal consumption: one of the problems in Japan is lack
of demand (and lack of consumption). One way to
get out of such a demand-driven recession is to artificially
stimulate demand: libral fiscal policy, high personal
spending (induced by lower tax rates, lower interest
rate to encourage borrowing and discourage saving, etc.)
Japan is a mess (at least in the short run). |
