will provide a opptunity for lower spread, which is in favor
of investor.
Some dealer and institutional investor complain that it is
very difficult to execute big block limit order now, because
small investor will jump ahead and pick up the order flow with
only 1 cent better pricing.
I like the change because I think the dealer's argument is not
as strong as SEC, because big investor can always break a large block
of order into small ord
