Basically, behavioral finance utilizes the empirical facts from psychology
about people's decision behavior(such as heuristics or rule of thumb, biases,
which can be nicely summariezed into prospect theory)to model the behavior of
investors in financial markets.
Behavioral Finance is notorious for its use to accommodate the financial
anomalies when classical financial theory fails to account for. But I think
