Bank of China? There used to be a branch in each province, and these branches were
heavily influenced by provincial governments. Now that provincial branches have been
replaced by regional branches, each of which cover several provinces, have the influences
of provincial governments really disappeard? or have provincial/local governments
find other ways to influence the regional PBC? thanks much. |
