刚拿到一个Big 4的transfer pricing的offer。可是对本行业不是很了解。恳请大家给
点意见。
1.此行业的发展前景如何？我个人理解这是一个非常specialized的工作，不知道以后
还有没有机会转到像consulting之内的行业？
2.作transfer pricing最重要的技能是什么？我不太清楚transfer pricing需要的是一个怎样的skill set。也许更偏重IO,law and writing, 但是并不需要太多的economic modeling。不知道这个想法对不对。
3.transfer pricing的day-to-day work是什么样子的？
请大家不吝赐教，谢谢。 |

the point for you to transfer to another consulting firm? If you can't get
promoted to a partner, you wouldn't survive firms like McKinsey or BCG.
Transfer pricing projects do not require high skills. What would be really
challenging for a Ph.D are the skills of serving your clients and finding
your own clients. |

demand for people who can do transfer pricing. You might want to consider to
go back to China after getting a few years' work experiences in the U.S. |

big 4. You should know that Big 4 not just do auditing and tax, but also do
consulting in many other areas.

consulting，虽然现在很多已经分出去了。
Transfer Pricing就是算咨询这块的。
