发帖数: 12 | 2 As far as I know, SHUFE pays the full amount of promised salary and benefits
to Haigui monthly.
Before January 2009, 80% of the salary is paid monthly and the rest of 20%
is paid at the end of each year. From Jan 2009 on, to smooth the tax burden
of Haigui, 100% salary is paid monthly, although the non-haigui faculties
have to wait until the end of the year to get their 20% salary. This is
attributed to the bargaining power of their dean, Tian Guoqiang.
